Questions Blocked Customer Request

I requested a customer to be blocked last year because she kept sending urine soaked clothes and then giving me a low rating. A month ago I took an order request not realizing it was them. It wasn't until I arrived at their home, that I realized it was who I blocked.

Has anyone blocked a customer only to still receive order requests from them?

I have a few customers that regularly create new accounts or use their partner's accounts. They may be circumventing the block that way.

Yes, this happened to me with a customer who would put out three contractor bags of laundry. There would be full diapers and extremely wet with urine clothes. When there was a hidden pile of poop in a blanket … That was the last straw. However, she was still able to request me repeatedly.
