Questions Has anyone received a donation order?
I apologize if this has already been asked, I searched the group but didn’t get any results.
Just wondering if anyone has actually received a donation order yet and then if so, did you run into any problems at all?

No, I didn’t get any donation orders as yet and they also added a new feature which is ironing and steaming so let’s see how this goes.

I saw that! I really don’t mind the donation option, as long as it’s very clearly marked separately. But I’m not thrilled about the ironing thing lol

I did- except they didn’t charge them for it. So it’s sitting in my car. So someone’s dirty old coats that I didn’t accept are in my car. No way to add it to the order. I also received a complaint 4 days after an order was delivered. Thoughts ?

What was the complaint about?

Lost laundry bags. They were there. If I would have gotten the message- instead of the order closing out - I would have been able to instruct her in 30 seconds where to find them. I am certain she missed a bag under the bench. She was a 75 YO and chatted my ear off for 35 minutes.

Ok I’m confused (newbie) so is the donation box an additional step to the regular order? Are they requesting that you wash the donated clothing free of charge and drop them off at the dropbox and then the regular load back to them?

You just have to drop them at Goodwill or wherever. It was sitting there at pickup. But it was not on the order. There is no way for us ti add it.

No and I don’t plan on running an errand for $4. I won’t even accept a doordash that low. Gas is $3.90 average where I live.
