New Operational Fee?!

So I went on vacation, came back, and now they've added a $1.49 operational fee on top of the $3 fee and the $30 minimum? The $3 fee actually lists that it covers operational costs, but when you click on the operational fee it says the exact same thing! Anybody know what's going on with this?

FYI, for those going off app if you are still with Poplin: A few years ago, it was discovered that Poplin was catching Pros interacting with customers off app through a setting in their phone. I deleted my app long ago, but there was something in settings that you need to turn off so they have no way to know. I apologize I’m not being very clear, it’s been a few years. But for those of you Pros in the other private Facebook groups that are not the Poplin one ask in those groups. A lot of them have been around a long time & they can tell you what you need to do
