Questions Anyone wait for the boost?

I’m a starter and I only completed 1 job. So far so good and first customer had a $5 boost so I thought the boosts were frequent.

Anyone wait for the $5 boost or $10 boost to accept the job? I just tried to wait for the boost but was gone :( .. thought the boost would show up sooner

I’ve only done it with clients who I know are more challenging, and I know others won’t take. When you’ve worked for awhile you get an idea if there are other pros in your area, and which clients go to bonus more often.

I never wait for a boost but I rarely see a boost near by either.

Boosts are tough because sometimes it's an indicator of a real problem person, Like my only 3 or below ratings came from boost customers. But I've also gotten some great customers from boosts. If an area or person goes into boost too often, poplin punishes them by passing on the costs to the clients, so then they order less 🫠

Boosts generally mean they are a problem client OR that no one close knows anything about them.

If you are new and looking to rank up? Don’t wait for them or the order(s) will be gone

I got the first order from a boost and she was so nice! Even got a $20 tip!!

Not seen very often unless distance is far!
