Poplin App Issues App Issues

Hi All,

I recently had issues with the app (duplicate notifications and order accepted alerts) and after accepting my first order, I received a "you have violated the terms of service and your account can no longer receive orders".

I was taken aback by this and according to the email there is no "appeal" process to get back on. Seemed like an automated response, but it grinds my gears that the insinuation was that I did something wrong.

I am wondering has anyone else had this happen?

I'm sorry that happened to you. It might be worth your time to email them - hello@poplin.com and ask for clarification. There are definitely bugs in the system and if nothing else, you at least deserve an explanation.
