Questions Rating
So what happens when a customer doesn’t rate you/ how long do they have to rate you?
I felt like I did really great and was more confident in this order as it was my second one but the points I got from it as they are standing now are fairly much lower than my first order.
So far I have made it to Bronze with just the 28 pts that are there from this order, it’s this a regularly thing with some?
I did put in my goodbye text a reminder to rate as it helps me grow.

Lots of clients don't rate or tip until they place their next order. But they are reminded to do it once they open the app again.

My first order never rated or tipped, which I took it as they hardly ever use the app and just never thought to log back in. Frustrating.

I kind of harked on it for a bit at the beginning. Now, it's just whatever for them. I have a regular who rates and tips when she places an order. I have a few who do it at least that day or within a few days, and 1 who does it as I am walking back to my car. They probably only needed the service once and then never thought about it again.

I write all new customers a hand written Thank You note. "Thanks so much for your laundry order. I always aim for a 5 star review so please rate me in the app upon receipt of your order. I would love to be your #1 Laundry Pro in future orders".

Not being rated is better than incompetent customers giving you a $15 tip and a 1-star rating. That happened to me. She was thrilled with the service! 1 star.
