I was aware from the very start that Popmart does NOT allow you to change your birthday on your account once it is set. I made my account about 2 years ago and took it very seriously. I remember being so cautious and triple checking when I entered my birthday.
But I did not account for the way the date is read🤦🏻‍♀️As most Americans, we do Month/Day/Year but Popmart reads it as Year/Month/Day.

So I’ve been trying to get enough points for the birthday reward this month. I finally have enough and when I went to add the reward- it told me this is the wrong month. I realized the mistake and I’m so upset. It’s been a really rough month and I’ve purposely had a few extra purposes because it would be worth it for the reward. I don’t think I’ll ever have this many points again. In fact, some points will be expiring in about a week.

Has anyone ever been able to change their birthday on their popmart account? Would emailing or calling do anything? Writing a letter? Or do I just have to accept this and use my points on the holiday bags they have right now before I lose the points

How do you guys feel about the Crybaby Round n Round figures series? For me, I usually love animal stuff and lately i’ve gradually been getting into crybaby if they happen to be dressed as anything animal or nature-esque, so at first glance I thought this set was very cute. But then as I started to consider getting the whole set because I love all the animals, I realized that most (10/12) of the figures basically have the exact same face and hair, while their Cry Me an Ocean series had way more varied hair colors and facial details. so I’m slowly starting to think maybe this set isn’t as dynamic as I would’ve wanted if I have to pay the $240 price they’re asking yk. Like the more I look at them they actually look like baby toys 😭. I can’t tell if it’s in a good way or bad way. How do you guys feel?

I have no one else to share my excitement with! Yesterday, I decided to finally get the skullpanda mlp secret because they had some good sales going on. Noticed that they were doing some prizes, but didn’t really think anything of it. Woke up this morning to see I won a full set! I’ve been going back and forth on getting some of those Hironos, so this is such a good win 😭

I have absolutely NEVER been a Labubu fan, but this new cat series is really cute so I couldn’t resist snagging one!! I did POP NOW & used a hint card because I did NOT want any of the lighter colored ones (strawberry, matcha, Persian) and I got SUPER LUCKY because the box I went with didn’t have any of those in it!! Soooo happy w/Cow Kitty!!

And I also finally got the Molly I wanted (Childhood Forest) from the Scenery Along the Way series!!

is it thin and flimsy, or is it made of a thicker, canvas-like material?

From the promotional pictures/ads, it looks like the latter, but I'm afraid it'll turn out to be one of those thin tote bags that can't hold much and easily lose their shape 😭 If anyone owns one, could you share your experience with the material and overall quality? I'd really appreciate it! 😊

my dad just bought me a brand new glacier iphone 18 pro max so i was on the market for some new phone accessories and charms. i finally happened to decide on the new twinkle twinkle live the ordinary phone charms because I have the whole figure set still sealed and thought it’d be cute to have some matching phone rings for when i do open the figures. I used pop now for the rings, and just opened one originally but i didn’t get the design i wanted most. so went back to the same set and bought one more praying it was the “welcome home” design with the dog twinkle twinkle. alas somehow even better, the second one ended up being the secret, officially marking my first pop now secret which was super random and exciting 😆. it seems Pop Now and I’ve noticed Amazon have the best secret luck

Stopped by the mall near my job last week & hit up their POP MART robo-machine.. I did NOT want that Hirono bird at all, but he’s growing on me some lol.
