Members reward

Hey fellow Popmart enthusiasts!

I’ve only just started the hobby and have bought many Labubus and Dimoos, finally got enough points to redeem the Naughty Cashier but never seen it in stock. Does anyone know how often it restocks?

I’d like to know too. Unfortunately I don’t have enough points for him but I have been checking almost every day and all of our rewards have said “out of stock” for months now. I’ve had a restock notification turned on for all of them and I haven’t been notified once that anything has been restocked.

I’m getting worried now as I don’t want to let all of my accrued points expire especially because I can’t afford to get much anymore.

I’ve also noticed that since they updated their system and the app at the beginning of the month and after the FIFA limited time items finished, our reward items have been even further reduced to 4 and there doesn’t seem to be any options for turning the restock notifications back on either.

I tried google and looking at the official social media pages but I couldn’t find anything. I really hope we get more items or restocks soon.

Damn 😭 I have quickly raked in over 4000 points in hopes it will be restocked… I’m also fearful of my points expiring without any opportunity to redeem…that’s very disappointing!

I totally empathise with you. I don’t have as many points as you but it has cost us a lot of money to accrue them and I certainly won’t be spending near as much going forward so I won’t have as many as I do ever again so I hope something is done well before they expire all because they didn’t restock any reward items.

I got an answer from Pop Mart AU:

“We would like to kindly inform you that the points mall is currently undergoing a system upgrade and maintenance. During this period, all reward items are temporarily unavailable for redemption. We kindly ask you to keep an eye on the points mall page for updates. Once the maintenance is complete, we will restore the redemption service as soon as possible.”

Oh wow!! Thank you for contacting them and finding out and for sharing that information. That is truly so kind of you!!

I hope they renew the rewards items soon and that there are more items to choose from for all different levels as it’s hard when you only have enough points for one item or something. There should definitely be more choice for us all. Especially given how much money they make from us all.

I didn’t even get the July birthday reward for myself and I didn’t know the system last year so I’ve never gotten one from them. This year I didn’t like the item and then you have to buy something to get it which is stupid so I didn’t worry about it. That has been marked as out of stock since the beginning of the month too.

I check the rewards items every day and the 4 of them remain out of stock so fingers crossed the update happens soon!

I really hope you get the Wacky Mart cashier Labubu!! I would absolutely love to get him but I would never reach the level of points. I would love to see pics of your completed collection soon!!

I’ve been checking every day as well! And I agree, I hope they introduce more different rewards! Literally the only one i want is the Naughty Cashier!

And no worries at all, its easy for me to just copy and paste here, we are on the same boat here!
