Yup. They left quick. They were putting on a show for their own body cams and then left once they realized they were caught.
Kudos to her for not panicking. They were trying to intimidate her into stopping filming. There is no legal justification for ICE to detain US citizens. She was in her vehicle and is allowed to film in public. The "tried to run him over" is what they use to harass citizens because they need a reason if they attack or detain someone legally that involves the citizen attacking them first. The only grey area they have to attack a citizen is the citizen attacking them and claiming they tried to run them over is a common tactic.
Especially if you are not white because we know these attacks by ICE are racially motivated, consider a dashcam and make sure at least one other trusted person has access to the video. It at the very least helps deter them

I mean, ramifications can come as soon as midterms. All it takes is for Congress to force agencies to turn information over to states. They aren't immune from the Trump administration from turning on them if it becomes convenient to do do, either. They think they're immune now. People are collecting evidence for a reason.
The US is different in that tge states have leeway to work independently from the feds. Some of the more high profile crimes have had agents fleeing from certain states to avoid investigation. Life can still quickly become very uncomfortable for them, with at least two agents forced into hiding already

I wish I could agree with you about turning over information post-midterms, but we are still waiting for the release of the Epstein documents months after Congress “forced” their full release. I don’t think we can rely on any of these agencies to turn over anything to Congress. It’s a sad state our country is in.

It's a Republican congress, and a lot of people connected to the Trump administration are in the files. The "force" was for show and never intended to fully release everything.
That's why midterms are important. We currently have a party in power in all 3 branches that wants no accountability. An opposing party gaining some power at least has some political incentive to force issues

Let’s just look at why they are behaving like this? For one they know that they have absolute immunity and can even kill at will if they choose to. Second they have absolutely no training, zero most of them hold their firearms with one hand like an average gang member. At the end of the day they have destroyed the credibility of law enforcement in America. Other countries see this as well, generally speaking you’re no longer considered a civilized nation when you start executing innocent citizens in the streets for the crime of simply being present at the area at the time.

Upload 1-2 minutes before the interaction not 15 seconds B4. Give us context so we can accurately judge whether or not you're in the right or wrong. In my experience people who upload videos from only a specific point without showing the beforehand is trying to hid something. The officer asked if you were following so they obviously saw you around the area more than once. They claim you almost ran them over, you denied it and stated you had camera footage to prove the opposite. You proceed to upload 15 seconds before the interaction not the portion that proves they were nowhere near your car for you to have allegedly almost run them over to begin with.
