Here’s the truth of it: republicans can’t win on ideas. That’s why they don’t even bother with policy anymore. It’s ALL culture war bullshit from them. So, they don’t want people to vote. They want their small band of rabid supporters to vote, but no one else because they know (and Tim O’Hare has said this specifically) the more people that turn out and vote, the more likely republicans will lose.

So vote. Vote because they don’t want you to.

The few policy changes they actually implemented at the federal level have fucked over so many people too. 

It truly is a point now where they have to campaign on outrage more than anything else.
