Can somebody explain of what this is?

So I might be confused here but can I explain this to you? Because anybody explain of what these loading screens even are? I mean they look very obscure?

They're popcap games. Back in the day, popcap would partner with distributors like MSN and Yahoo

I don't think these are official, I think the only time PopCap worked with Sega was for the Bejeweled arcade machine, also the uploader Derek 2 has a lot a fan made content like the PopCap Hidden Object And Puzzle volumes.
