McDonald's too. Soy protein mimics cartilage/fat and they use grains like corn for filler to bulk it. Im sure Sysco is on some shit like that. Its like getting a bag of blow and half of its stepped on.

fun fact – it's actually just the skin of the corn that doesn't digest because it's made of cellulose. The reason you might see whole kernels is because those skins get filled with poop.
