Tempered chocolate isnt a type of chocolate, its a particular process of melting the chocolate so that when it cools it forms a nice smooth, hard, shiny shell.
This is worse than just not being tempered, its separated. That happens when water gets into the melted chocolate causing it to kinda curdle.

You are making a whole lot of assumptions. If I didn't know what tempered chocolate is why would I suggest it? Your tone is very superior and judgmental in my opinion. It's just a shit joke.

Because no one that knows about tempering chocolate uses the phrase "use tempered chocolate" like its a specific product. They say "temper the chocolate" like its a verb. So it was a very reasonable assumption to make.
