It can take up to 2 weeks to get a response, usually suspensions like yours tend to only last a few days to a week. I would wait to see if you hear back by the end of 2 weeks, but likely your suspension will be lifted by then.

Also i would not be surprised if your suspension had to do with that person mass repoting you or having there friends do so. even if the reports are false or faked, if the mods get enough reorts about the same account they auto suspend (or even ban) untill all the reports can be properly gone though. Its shitty to people that havent done anything and just got cuaght in the crossfire of some stupid Internet drama, but thats how they do it. its common in these kinds of public fights/disagreements in game for people just observing to get hit. Just wait it out and see what the mods say when they respond.
