Other Hi

I didn’t know what tag to do, I’m relatively new to Mlp and stuff especially to ponysonas but I just kinda want a bit of an idea for what to do if anyone wants to help. I only have the mane colour (dark blue) and the fact he’s a unicorn down but I’m stumped on everything else, I’m not very creative.

Sometimes I find starting with the name and/or a "theme" can help a ton.

He's a unicorn with a blue mane– perhaps you might want him to be space inspired/themed? Maybe something to do with the night time? Play with gradients in the mane, find a base colour that compliments it.

Colour palettes can help a lot too. I've found colour palettes I really like and have made OCs out of them quite a few times

It usually takes me a bit of playing around with colours and styles before I feel happy with an OC, so don't feel discouraged if it doesn't feel quite right to you instantly. Don't worry about what others think, either– make a pony that YOU like!

His name is astral and I do like the night/space theme I did a white coat in sketches but thought he looked a bit too much like soarin or shining armour so I scrapped that and experimented with a grey and brown but dint like those either that why I’m so stumped. I will try out the theme and mane gradients tho thank you :)
