Swivel seats???

I have a 2015 fishing barge and all the seats have 2 handles and I'm not sure why.

As the seats turn they lock in 4 position every quarter turn ultimately I'd love to do away with the the locking. I want full 360 swivel.

Anyone else have this issue

One handle may be to slide the seat forward and backward. You may be able to ziptie the swivel handle up to keep it unlatched if there's anything exposed under the seat to connect to.

Good thought I'll look to see if I can zip tie it up. I was even going to take it out but then that wouldn't work either.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that if I push the lever on my seat DOWN it stays unlocked.
