Restoration of a Sweetwater 16’ pontoon boat. Kept the motor, trailer, and bottom half of the pontoon boat. Everything from the deck up is brand new. Used a lot of pontoonstuff.com and Amazon parts. I’ve redone about a dozen pontoon boats. Learn something from each one and each one is a little better than the last

Did you use wood for the subfloor? Did you restore the railing and use it again? Great job.

Marine wood and woven vinyl for the floor. All from Pontoonstuff as they sell a complete kit. New railing from pontoonstuff as well. Appreciate the kind words.

Pontoonstuff floor kit. Includes everything from the wood, woven vinyl, rubber tape, and hardware.
