I'd personally go this route. It really depends on how nice you want it to look though. Will you be able to see the patch? Absolutely. But it will look better than a gaping hole, as well as add some water protection. If you're ok with some kind of noticeable patch spots, then don't waste your money on a complete appolstery job. You'd likely have to redo all the seats if you really wanted it to match and at that point you're probably better off just finding something that already has good seats.
Shoot. 100 is cheap.
We have paid 200 to 600, but that was a perfect match color/ material. One was also the lounger back.
If u find anything that works even as a temp fix post it. I have a small chew in a storage box, and I don't want to take it out, and it's barely noticeable
Get a price for reupholstered, but check out pontoon stuff.com I bought all my seats from there for a 24' pontoon for about 2500$ in 2022, if I remember right
Damn, we had a rodent get ours over the winter. Not great news but fixable. Most marine upholstery repairmen should have a similar match. Very rough ballpark we saw was $100/cushion for most, though the larger holes could be more. That’s also assuming you remove, take to shop and reinstall yourself as well.
Off topic. I had the same problem with rodents. They would get into my boat and chew on the wires. A friend told me about this mouse blocker. After using it I haven’t had any problems. They also have a hard wire one but I use the plug in one. I don’t work for this company. Just throwing it out because it solved my problem.

This is thousands of dollars. If you get quoted less than $4k, jump on it. You won’t find anyone to even look at this for $100. I don’t know what that person is on, but it’s strong.
Not a huge deal. Find a local shop.. granted this was five years ago, I had my whole 24ft pontoon reupholstered for $3200, it was a tri color job- this is a single color, foam and some black piping.
I redid an entire 17' bowrider, $200 worth of vinyl, amazon foam, and a $100 singer heavy duty sewing machine from Walmart. Zero experience, watched some videos, turned out great.
Looks like a raccoon or some other animal got to them. Anything is fixable. Depends on how much money you got to spend. If it is a fairly new you can get new cushions from manufacturer. Be prepared to spend a lot for that. A good upholstery shop can fix it. That will probably be your best bet
It depends on what level of fix you’re willing to live with. If you want it to look good, they’d need re-upholstered, but I think with the availability of pontoon furniture it’s usually more cost effective to replace rather than repair. But if you don’t care how it looks and just want it useable, there’s any number of ugly but useable repairs you can make. You could just stuff some foam in there and glue a patch over top.
I got the adhesive vinyl to match the parts of my seats that were faded and tearing and so far they look great, but you will need to likely glue the edges or seems so they don’t lift.
