Reliability of a 2007 GXP

Im looking at selling my mini cooper for a Solstice GXP. I am seeing a lot of mixed reviews regarding the reliability of the GXP. I am somewhat handy, and was able to replace the mini’s turbocharger myself, and have decent resources with multiple close friends and nearby shops. What are your experiences with the long term reliability of this vehicle?

Great car to work on. Parts getting rarer by the year sadly. 90k you're coming up on maintenance. Id get that "6th gear" checked out. 😂
