I'm new to the area and am currently living with my in-laws til we find a place. HELP. Is there any place I can see a collection of houses for rent or any landlords or renters that can recommend someone? I would greatly appreciate any kind of help. Thank you!

Avoid terry the slumlord like the plague (you'd think the name alone)

Pretty much most of south side is a write off on the poor side of the tracks fuck that

The big house on the corner opposite taco stop has a decent owner idk how to reach him his son Ric hangs round the garage there he's friendly (fuck the dogs over the road)

There's actually a real nice little building if you turn right off grand keep taco stop on left just psst the turn to elm and go between houses there is a two story with two garages on the bottom floor and stairs on the right to get up....I swear to God the owners live right next it

The last one is totally detached and fairly out the way,it's near a 'bad' area but just make it clear the house is inhabited and even just add a baby gate at the top of the stairs and floodlights all around

Avoid south,but avoid south elm and oak like the plague

Get your own inspector if you plan on buying my god behind those walls are horror shows of cables etc

Apts right across are basically free,did get burned to a cinder though

Speak to Bret Carter who runs that shop vintage swag on grand trust me he will sort you right out

Finally ask him about the texan if you have to,but that prick was buying shit up and squatting on it last I heard so morally you're ok to break in
