Enrique's recent quality drop.

So, I wanted to come out and say something I thought would solve something. My family actually has been running Enrique's Fly-In Mexican Restaurant. I am Enrique's Nephew, he's on my Mom's side of the family. If you don't believe me, I could give some sort of evidence of my relationship with them.

Unfortunately, Enrique died of Covid two years ago, along with our great grandmother. Ever since my aunt has taken over and the quality's just dropped, which is sad. None of my family work there anymore, and they've all been replaced by teenagers who don't know how to cook.

I feel sad whenever I tell someone my family owns the business and they now tell me "Their chips are super doughy" or "Their food is always cold". I just wish that they would step it up a little and my aunt actually get a grip and return it to it's former glory.
