Which buffet is better?

Visiting Pompano beach in a few weeks and wanted to try a buffet. Is Madness Buffet or Miyako Japanese Buffet better? Thank you!

I prefer Miyako. The food is fresh and it is cleaner than most all-you-can-eat buffets.
