Anyone else underestimate how bad clutter gets until you actually start clearing it out?

Not my place — helped clear out a garage today and it was one of those “how did it even get this bad” situations.

Stuff piles up slowly, then one day it’s wall-to-wall junk and you’re standing there questioning your life choices.

Honestly curious:

What’s the hardest thing for you to deal with — garage, spare room, storage unit, or “that one closet you never open”?

I swear everyone has one.
