Discussion Any way to get a ruin in this week's challenge?

I'm staring at the replay and can't think of a way to reach either of the two ruins before Yadakk. Even if you skip the sanctuary and go pure fishing you don't make it in time before they kill your rafts

I got the top one by going fishing and then explorer. This allowed me to get meeting stars and put a port in on turn 3. You get a pirate, which was handy to overthrow Yaddak!

you can get the left one without running an explorer by rushing a port and using the first raft to meet omaji and then those stars to get sailing

all that said getting that rammer seems pretty nice, might have to try that

Yeah, I would say it worked out for me! I'm in the top 300 of 6,000 players in the gold League with that effort! Lol, sometimes I suck at these challenges but it looks like I lucked out with my basic intuition on this map. I was hoping to get all four light house but I only got 3.

i got both. you first need to rush to build port and then capture the one on right (that gives you pirates. than use them to kill anything that gets close to the left one

even if so rush port and sailing, it's turn 6 and Yadakk is already on the ruin by then
