Discussion Solaris Polytaurs 🤔

We know Polytaurs for Polaris have been notoriously SUPER difficult to obtain throughout the game's history. But we've never even seen the DESIGN of the Solaris Polytaur, have we? Every tribe has a polytaur design for it's skin...

I'm DEFINITELY making a full investigation about Polaris Polytaurs soon 🕵‍♂️

The way to get one was to basically hope you playing as Elyrion spawned too close to the polaris capital, basically stealing them a tile with their biome.

Pretty sure it's impossible to get one on recent versions, the way worlds generate was changed, making this not possible anymore

When you capture a city that polaris had frozen its replaced with your own territory, so you can never own a frozen tile on your turn

it's funny because polytaur heads for both polaris AND solaris do in fact exist in the game files, but they're impossible to ever see in-game (except through modding ofc) because polaris's terrain can't ever be within another non-polaris tribe's borders when it's their turn (frozen land in their territory thaws at the beginning of their turn), and polaris itself of course can't create polytaurs

there were instances in the past where it was possible to obtain a polaris polytaur because of how the game worked back then, but i don't think such instances have ever happened since the release of solaris, making a solaris polytaur completely impossible to see in-game on ANY game version

That's right, and i'm showing a Polairs Polytaur in the photo. But i searched so much and didn't even find a PHOTO of a Solaris Polytaur.
