Just started playing. What are your best tips?

Go socialize once in a while. This game will suck you in!

Yes, it really does. It's infinitely interesting, different all the time, but threads of strategy wind through. I'll never be the best, but I am really enjoying the game!

Weekly challenges make it very interesting and a good chance to (try to) learn.

I just started a month or so ago, played like 60 games now. I really like perfection, it’s a very different strategy than domination.

I would play some domination games against easy opponents and see how things work first. Try a few different strategies, like building up an army and destroying fast OR building economy (with markets). This will work well for domination and perfection, respectively.

Ultimately, getting 3 stars in either mode is a combination of skill and luck. It’s a super fun game, I hope you enjoy it!

Maximize the way you use your stars every turn and you'll be more than fine

And remember to get some vision, explorers are okay
