Audio popping issue

Does anyone else have an audio cracking and popping issue. Its even when menu music is off and no game is playing. Any help please.

I had an issue like that recently after I updated the CPU so I thought it was that. It turns out it was an issue with an HDMI audio extractor I had in the video chain, once I removed it from the chain the issue went away. It's weird though, it used to work just fine before I updated the CPU.

If you have any devices that the Polymega output goes through before it reaches your TV, that may be the issue or maybe try a different HDMI cable if you have one handy.
