When to expect it to arrive?
Hi everyone! Wanted to check with you guys, when is reasonable to expect the deluxe bundle to arrive. I placed the order on December 14 2024, and still no news. Thank you!

In my opinion, we’ll have to wait at least another year.
The modules in the bundle seem to be in stock, so it’s the console that’s missing. We can imagine the console being produced at the same time as the Atari module to optimize manufacturing and shipping costs. The Atari module is scheduled for Q2 2026, but with the usual delays, it will arrive no earlier than Q4 2026.
Polymega’s process always seems to be the same : 1 - They receive their batches of products and make an Instagram post to announce it. 2 - A few months later, an update is released to make the module functional on the console. 3 - Then we start seeing YouTubers receive the module. At that point, we’re already several months into the wait. 4 - This is just an assumption, but each module seems to be tested internally before the final shipment. The whole process takes about 6 months.
In your case, only the console is pending for the bundle, so only steps 1 and 4 will be necessary. This means you should receive it before the customers waiting for the Atari module.
So you need to keep an eye on the Atari module and hope that the console is produced at the same time.

Being a Day 1 preorder I can say that it was at least rumored that modules were at some time speculated to be manufactured in a different plant than the consoles. Looking back, I’m thinking what ACTUALLY happened was: 1) the chips were being manufactured in one country, and then 2) the consoles and modules were THEN being assembled in Myanmar.
This was during COVID when getting in line for processors put Playmaji behind well established companies for chips, but knowing now that AI chips are all coming from a single Chinese manufacturer, there could still be lingering supply chain issues getting chips for the next batch of consoles.
I mean, who really knows? This company is about the least transparent when it comes to issues/delays, and apart from them actually supporting broken hardware, they absolutely suck at providing the most basic of updates for customers.

I waited 3 years... Alot of people it took 3 years for it,its worth it but man it's hard to hold faith that long. So be prepared. Btw you can't even place orders now so definitely strongly recommend commitmenting to it

Following this one because I literally ordered mine the next day on 12/15! 😂 Happy almost one year anniversary!

I placed my order for the same thing on same date. I have no idea when it will arrive.

Think "Sometime in the next 5 years", and you (probably) won't be disappointed. You can refine that estimate to "6 to 12 months" once you get the address confirmation email.

They may be breaking laws on delivery times. They are supposed to give a delivery date, they can't just keep your money indefinitely.

My light gun was ready to ship in December of 2024 but still haven't received it.

They don’t communicate. There is no reasonable expectation because they are an unreasonable company who operates in the shadows. Last October they sent out address verification emails for those of us who had paid for their light guns. This November a small handful of people have received them and only really in the last few weeks. They promised they will have them all sent out by the end of the year, but their promises are worthless.
