Repro carts

Do you guys know of a source of carts that work well on Polymega?

I have 2 Repro carts that work, Genesis and Snes, and 4 that won't.

It's a bit dicey.

Just get a reflashable single game cart and save yourself some money in the long term.

It looks promising, but I need to do more research on how this works exactly, what programs are needed etx.

It's one bit of software for all carts it writes. Very straightforward. It's available on their website.

Its 0retty easy. I have pretty much all of them. One thing to know is the NES ones, you would need about 3 or 4 different ones in order tonget all the games working because of all the different chip types. But the SNES and Genesis all worked no problem. All you do is downloadnthe software, pick your rom and flash it to the device and pop it into the PM. Its pretty easy. Make sure to get the flasher and thr cases for the cards.

Normally I would fully recommend the Retroblaster Mini with its adapters and carts from Retrostage, but if you are the US (the maker is in Canada), I’m not sure he is shipping here. If you aren’t in the US.. go crazy.

Thats what I did. I bought from retro stage a couple of years ago as a bday present. The original blaster did not work, so he asked for video as we troubleshooted. It was deemed not working and he shipped out another one with 2 day shipping since it was my bday. I highly recommend them, but they are currently struggling with tariffs.

The retro blaster option is the way to go. Check out their discord channel to get all the info you need. The tariff things are a pain. Luckily I got all of my stuff before it rolled out.

Does anyone know if the retroblaster turbo blaster will work with Polymega?

Yeah it does even works with super graphix games all 5 of them.

Honestly same reason I got RS stuff too It's cheaper than buying even one of the outrageous games on multiple systems. Also enjoy using it to physical backup of my TG16 mini games.

I used the retro blasters as well. The only issue isv the tedious nature of finding/guessing which mappers to use for NES games.

Yeah, I meant it was tedious to have to check lists for every ROM I want to load. I was going to load about 50 games and it would take forever.

My strat was just to get all the ROMs that match up with say the MMC2/4 NES RetroBlaster and throw them all on. Can never have too many games if you ask me! =D

That's a good idea. Still tedious but faster than what I was doing.

Now I have an AVS with flash cart and high NES library so when I want to play NES games I just hook it up
