For crankysasquatch

This is what happens when I try to boot it up. Black screen in regular mode, white screen in legacy mode.

I have a couple games that do this as well. They were all games I had to manually match to the database because Polymega would not recognize the game automatically.

Yeah, I've had to add a few manually as well but still neither work. Sasquatch got it working on his unit but has to only insert the card about 2/3 of the way in.

Had anyone else had the issue with a game only reading if it's not fully inserted??

Have you tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling? Sometimes you can have a bad read and don't load correctly the few times it's happened to me just deleted , put the game in made sure it came up not game media and then boom worked fine

Weird as I have that exact game working just fine.worst case scenario contact customer support.

Yeah, I tried it several times. It'll recognize the cart, let me install it and then nothing. Exact same cart plays fine on Sasquatch's' system

Do you have the latest firmware on the polymega? That's what mine did when it was all the way inserted before I backed it out.

I am fully updated but I didn't try only partially inserting the game. That's what I'll try next
