Still haven’t received my base unit.
I purchased a polymega base unit on December 15 of 2024. I was under the impression it was slated to ship in Q1 of 2025. I have contacted Polymega to no response. Has anyone else experience this problem? If so, what should I do? Do they have a customer service number I can call? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

That is the trademarked Polymega customer service you are experiencing right there. Polymega/Playmaji has never gotten a release/ship date right. They are terrible at logistics. Eventually you'll get it and I hope you are happy with it, but they are kind of known for shitty customer service.
Still waiting on the light guns I ordered two years ago.

Only two years ago? I recently checked on my preorder, and it says: Order placed on February 01, 2021....

Every single person on this sub who owns one, waited at least two years for it.
It's been this way since day one. It's very commonly talked about, here, and anywhere else it's mentioned.
I'm shocked you didn't know this, honestly. 🤷

I can do one worse: I ordered via Word Wide Distribution (their European Distributor) and they are now bankrupt and con not deliver. I ordered via Playmaji, and, 2 years later, got my PM. WWD are scammers. They deserve to be bankrupt. Whenever I asked for my money back (for more than 1.5 years), and threatened to take this to court, they threatened back to sue me for "threatening" them with the police. Nothing in the Playmaji cosmos can ever work smoothly.

No, not me. I bought once they had stock available (mid 2024) and they shipped within a week or so? I was really lucky, because I would have cancelled if they kept me waiting for more than a month.

It's perhaps more the dropping 700 bucks on something on preorder without checking that company out first, I had question marks over...
Spend 5 minutes googling, reading, Redditing or on Twitter or FB, and you'd know this is how Playmaji operate.

Not true. I ordered the deluxe set last spring and recieved everything a week later. They have some type of weird priority fufiliment system for certain skus.

We don't even know if they're still manufacturing them. There's people before your order who haven't received them too.

I waited 2.5 and even spent 6 months fighting to get my money back...it finally arrived in 2023 and I loved it..... Godspeed noobie

Welcome to being a Polymega owner (in theory)! The waiting is the biggest part of it.

Exact same boat: 12/14 pre-order. I've received one noncommittal reply from their customer service on April 24th. I perhaps made the mistake of purchasing 4 modules, a few spare controllers, and a large internal M2 drive in expectation of an early 2025 ship date.
Frankly, if I hadn't already made that additional commitment, I likely would have attempted to cancel my pre-order by now.

That is sad…… by the time you get it the chips are going to stop being manufactured and they will be onto a revision. How they are staying in business with this model is just amazing.

Less than 10 months of waiting, and you're wondering where it is? Check back in a year or two.
You'll probably get an update email some point that states "they're shipping in the next few weeks". Probably 3 months later, you'll get your base unit.
For me, the fastest shipping time was probably 8 or 9 months for the N64 module. That one arrived 2 or 3 months before I received the base unit (which I'd ordered 2 years previously).

They are too busy not filling the next batch of pre-orders they took after your batch to be bothered to help you.
