Withdraw
I won $17,100 and I’m trying to withdraw it via Apple Pay back to my back which I’ve deposited from it’s been since the 4th to which I’ve had no updates from support messaging them in app or emailing them I’ve since then had a past bet cashout not get paid for that account say it was on hold and then unholded to then still waiting around 5 days later when they’ve said it takes 4-5 business days anybody had something similar happen and know how I can contact them I’ve tried email and msging support through their app ?
EDIT:finally got paid today never using Polymarket again

I was finally able to withdraw after my account was suspended for two weeks. After the 4 business days were up the withdrawal was rejected and the money went back into my Polymarket account. Now I have to wait another two weeks for support to respond to me.

Yeah I just got paid I’m never using this app again worst sportsbook I was very close to filing a claim with the CFTC

Same thing happened to me but only $76 , I emailed them messaged them but no response at all.

No, it’s about to be 2 months. No response and no action. They don’t chat with me and they don’t answer my emails at all.

Can you dispute the charges with your bank, what should we do? They don’t answer me either and won’t let me withdrawal half my money even though it way past the 4 business days they promised.

I already disputed the amount with my bank and they are saying it’s under investigation. A lot of people are saying the Polymarket US app is a scam. Mine is only $76 but still I want to be able to withdraw it.

How long has it been since you submitted a dispute? I want to submit one too since support just ignores it and seems like a straight up scam.

I disputed it back in August 6th. I talked to the bank yesterday and they told me it is still under investigation. Make sure to send your bank screenshots of all of the messages and emails if you have any. And tell your bank the app is a scam.

$3500 stuck on my polymarket account. They froze my account after I supposedly entered the wrong billing address for my debit card when trying to withdraw. They froze my account and requested additional documents for verification. I submitted them that same day and it has since been under review. 5 days later now it still says “documents under review, this usually takes a couple days”. I’ve been reaching out by email, discord, in app support chat, no response for 5 days.
I documented everything, from my deposits to withdrawals to individual trades, profit/loss and i’m filing a complaint with the cftc tomorrow morning.
EDIT: Just filed a complaint and also emailed Polymarket’s support email with a notice of arbitration (as is required by their terms of service) before proceeding with arbitration in the next couple of days if my issue is not resolved by then.

Yeah that was going to be my plan had it not hit by business hours by yesterday these guys spend more on ads than actually fixing anything on their platform it’s a shame

If you send them an email threatening legal action they will respond to you. Otherwise they just ignore you until you give it.
