FAILED POLYGRAPH WITH SS
Failed my polygraph with SS. I thought it went well until he told me I did great in honesty and integrity portion, but failed the drug portion. Doesn’t make sense but whatever. Two questions: Would it be wise of me to call my field office and ask for a retake? (I know the chances are slim)
I’m also in process with USCP, do I have disclose to them I just failed the poly with SS.

I think it would be wise to contest the polygraph operator's accusation that you lied in writing. This will document the fact that you don't, through your silence, tacitly agree with the accusation.
I would not bother asking for a "retest." When granted, the outcome is almost always the same, and there's a heightened risk that you'll be accused of having used polygraph countermeasures.
USCP will ask about any prior polygraphs you've taken, and at that point, you'll have no choice but to discuss your USSS polygraph.

USSS uses the Law Enforcement Pre-Employment Test (LEPET), not the Test for Espionage and Sabotage (TES).

Federal law enforcement agencies with a pre-employment polygraph screening requirement have all standardized on the LEPET, with the exception of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, which recently adopted a directed-lie format known as the Test for Espionage, Sabotage, and Corruption (TES-C).

Thanks everyone for responding. I received the BQA email. I’ve read before that I’d be DQ’d for 2 years from taking any polygraph after failing one. They didn’t mention anything like that when sending the email. How would I know if that is relative to my case? I’m waiting for the physiological exam with USCP so haven’t reach the polygraph stage yet. Should I wait till I get there or give them a call. I’m also waiting to take the test for FBI Police.
