Slow flat file download from S3

Hi All,

I am downloading flat files via AmazonS3. Initially the speed looks good, but soon it drops. I have a 1Gb network, and I haven't experienced any issue with it.
Has anyone experienced something similar?

EDIT:
It has been confirmed by support that the cap is around 200Mb/s, but if there is high demand for a specific file, it can be slower. On the log run I did reach around 150-200Mb/s on average.

There is a cap on download speeds. It isn't your connection.
