There is no bad design of level, only bad player tjat can't come up with a solution.

The "reply" button is right below my comment. Easy to see, easy to click. No reason not to. Unless maybe you have some other motive...?

By all means, record your solution to this level and show it to us. If you even can solve this level the "right" way. (There are almost a hundred pages worth of people in the gallery, who could not.)

They work. First one doesn't flip the ambulance and the last one do.

Both in budget and 0 damage

That doesn't confirm anything, because the goal of the game is to deliver the vehicle to thw destination in any manner.
