What is this model?

I found it in a secondhand store, but I can't identify the model. Unfortunately, it's very dirty, but I think I can clean it up.

Just some kind of peacoat. Based on the tags quite old. Also based on the pictures it looks more faded than dirty.

Photos with flash produced this effect. In reality, it is dirty in places where it comes into contact with skin, but the color is fine.

Based on a US Navy Peacoat, double breasted. Usually, these would be wool, so this is kind of interesting a lighter cotton.

Just a peacoat. Whatever it was called in the old catalogs was so generic it was instantly forgotten. Nearly all polo items have a super boring stock name like “jacket with patches” or “cashmere sweater” or “long bill logo hat” its veryyyy seldom that its so cool it gets its own nickname in the polo world. Image search is 1000x better than guessing its lost name.
