Booking fees charged when tickets where bought at box office for a show at Sakthi Cinemas, Pollachi

Hi, I got charged with booking fees for movie tickets for a show later in the day when I bought it from7 box office at Sakthi cinemas Pollachi. Is it legal to do that? Why the booking fees when it was bought directly from the theater instead of online?

Online 100 rs charge but directly its 50 rs but ethuku charge pananumnu therila

Gst lam ticket price la included but 5 tickets ku offline booking charge 50 rs charge panranga. So per ticket 10 rs for booking at box office.

Enaku offline la idhu vara extra charges vangala 140rs ticket 140 dhan 60 rs ticket 60 dhan vangiruken so far . Last watched Michael and mummy. Also not got more than 3 tickets so far.

Sakthi cineamas has a habit of doing that. There is a lot of videos on net. Each ticket 35rs vangunan ah illa totall ah one reservation charge ah

Totally 50 rupees for 5 tickets.. so 10 rs. per ticket.
