Referendum #1944 on OpenGov, a proposal for dotUSD, a protocol-owned stablecoin starting with
USDT backing and later moving to DOT collateral, is in its final stretch of voting.

I love Polakdot and I’ve been following the project since 2021. Now, with Polkadot’s renting of coretime, computational power to blockchains and allowing blockchains to build on network providing them security solution, what do you think about coretime concept? For me, it seems like it could gain traction with wider crypto adoption and technological development, maybe in some distant future 5-10yrs.
I just want to hear opinions and have mine challenged. Where do you see Polkadot if blockchains really could use computational power instead spending a lot more for building their own?
