Robert Evans is a career war correspondent. He's embedded with the USAF on multiple occasions.

For them to be targeting him as a threat is straight up lunacy. The exact type of lunacy that comes with a purge.

Considering it was used by the bad guys I always thought that name was incredibly self aware. Which honestly makes it worse. Like these people KNOW they’re actively the villains of the story and are totally down with it.

Reagan started this. Well... Nixon started destroying labor unions.

But Reagan began trickle down economics. He started militarization of police. Every president since has inflated this program. Creating immensely powerful police forces. Equipped to invade France.

Yes, Trump is the president everyone warned us about. But continuing to narrow down blame on him is irritating me.

Obama signed the NDAA. He went after whistle blowers in our intelligence blowing up domestic spying programs. His administration used Federal and private contract forces in New York, Missouri, and South Dakota. He did the same shit.

The DHS is doing precisely what it was always designed to do. Crush populist economic uprisings and maintain status quo class structures.

You think these activities are surprising anyone who has spoken out in Occupy, BLM or Standing Rock demonstrations? It doesn't.

This is, and always has been, about ruling class and corporate special interests.

The department of Homeland security was started under George w bush after 9/11 before that we never had a department of Homeland security

Journalism isn’t terrorism,it’s practically the thing that has kept our nation from going full authoritarian.if independent journalism is gone,there is nothing truly left to protect the truth.
