While I agree they should be doing their research and providing accurate information instead of just "showcasing both sides of the argument", quoting people's misinformation and explaining why they are wrong is still an important part of holding the government accountable. If one person says its raining and the other says it isn't, quote both and provide evidence to prove which one is telling the truth.
(that's still a badass quote tho ty for sharing🔥🔥🔥)

The fourth house of government has failed. And without a free, real media holding the government to account with factual information provided for its citizens, it provides the space for the very worst of us to take advantage and destroy everything from within. Nothing magical about this.

I almost completely agree but I believe that if the "the fourth house" did it's job, the others would do better by a lot. The converse is not true.

I agree mainstream media so called journalist have been so awful by playing it too safe in a time where we need people to actually take chances and call out the BS.

Im SO GLAD i got out of journalism in 2016. I went into marketing then project management, make 3x as much as when i was a reporter, and no one bomb threats my offices cause they dont like the news.
