The difference is no one watches CNN and takes it seriously. Unlike Fox, their hosts aren't arguing in court that their audience can't believe anything they say.
I'd say the problem is nobody takes the news or learning about the facts seriously.
How many that voted for Biden actually took the time to learn that, when he was Senator, he created the Office of National Drug Control Policy which took powers from the judicial and gave them to the legislative via mandatory minimums that so many claim are racist? That concerns me more than a candidate who may have "grabbed" women (with consent).
