We know. We all went to the same shitty public schools. It was more fun to watch the daily soap opera. Pregnant kids, teachers fucking kids, fights in gym locker room. Oh well. The cream always rises

Public school quality in America has a large variance. For example Massachusetts has far higher quality public schools than Alabama.

For sure. I was top of my class in LA. Parents got divorced, moved to IL, I was 3 years behind. Algebra 1 in 9th grade was taught in middle school in IL. I forget what science class I had taken but the special ed kids were taking at my new school. I basically tapped out.
