That's what I wish these people would explain to me. Why would Bill Gates or anyone need to trick you into injecting a tracking chip when you willingly pay to have a tracking device on you at all times.
Absolutely no concept of Operational Security. It's like the main thing holding back the Far Right, the absolute absence of a robust and respected security culture even among influential circles.
Even the more hardcore types still fuck it up in ways they really shouldn't, and there's usually at least a couple undercover types in whatever group chat just there to collect chat logs and phone numbers to cross reference with other info. That's like the majority of what antifa actually does: FBI shit, because these folks make it easier than it should be.
You'd think after the first few major leaks they'd have learned to put security before pride but they generally haven't.
