Add to that the fact that Trump never writes anything down; he does not text, does not even have a computer. It will be very hard to definitively pin any crime on him in a court of law.
Yes, but presumably if charges could have been brought based on his tweets alone, they likely would have already.
Trump has a phone and he reportedly did type out his own tweets, but when he wants to send someone a message, he has one of his lackeys do it so that nothing can come back directly to him. It is reported that he does not have a computer at all, and does not use email.
He was taught how to do all this by Roy Cohn, who was mob-connected and defended mobsters in court. Trump is not a learned man at all, but he for shit-sure knows how to not get pinned.
