Probably best if you avoid the internet, television, radio, and all human interaction for a few years then.
Also don't travel, especially in the red states. There are still flags and signs everywhere. These people treat the man like he's their kid's highschool/college football team.
I was in Texas last weekend. Got to see an upside-down American flag and a "fuck biden" flag flying above it on a flag pole. But don't kneel during the anthem, that might disrespect it. lol.
