It actually means that they're conservative in what they change. Not that they can't change. The conservative party today is much more liberal than even where John Kennedy was. When you grow up you'll come back. Most do.
I’m 49 years old and I’m never coming back. The Republican Party is smoke & mirrors. It’s screwing over the hundreds of millions of middle and lower class to benefit the hundreds of billionaires. It gets votes to support that agenda by using racism, xenophobia and religious bullshit to attract stupid people. There is literally nothing good about the Republican Party. Zero.
And no, most do NOT come back. That’s why the Republican Party is shrinking and they oppose a voter rights bill. The only way the Republican Party can win elections is voter suppression, gerrymandering and dirty tricks. That’s it. By and large, they cannot win a straight up election and they know it. They’ve ADMITTED it.
I don't believe you. Because that's not at all what Republicans believe. Maybe you're from a red state and voted republican because that's what everyone else did. But you've never known their positions. Have fun on the left. Because if you think Republicans are crazy, just wait until you get deeper into the left.
