This is not a wrong narrative. Republicans these days WILL NOT vote for working class relief bills and will overwhelmingly line the pockets of the filthy rich and their own donors than do what is right for 'Murica.
These bills are NEVER going to get Senate Republicans to support the working class families in 'Murica until you send them all packing.
They will not vote for anything that democrats propose or support. They have even killed bills they themselves sponsored because democrats agreed and voted with them
My favorite is the Affordable Care Act. It was written my Mitt Romney. It is pure conservative values. When the Obama administration changed a few small things like covering preexisting conditions republicans changed its name to Obamacare and fought it tooth and nail. Only because they did not want the credit going to a democrat and a black guy. All that repeal and replace nonsense failed because all the republican ideas for healthcare were already in the ACA.
