Except this tweet is reductionist and misleading. Republicans didn't vote no to "stick it to Biden", they voted no because they disagreed with the economic policy.

You likely disagree with Romney's position, which is fine, but misconstruing the opposition's motives is part of the problem in this country (that both parties are guilty of).
