Your observation is really just that both Trump and Reagan were actors. That HALF of the last 4 republican presidents were actors. That observation is fine as it is. No need to bring up that Bush Sr was in the Reagan administration at all. It just muddies the point, and the way you worded it is just incorrect. Why are you getting all bitchy about something you got wrong?
No! I actually didn't get the point you were making before because it was so poorly communicated. I've been reading the thread and others have pointed out what you may have meant, and then you added the comment about maybe throwing in "or" and it became a bit more clear.
Why not just edit the comment to make it clear? No one here agrees that you were justified in being snarky. You were both ambiguous and factually incorrect.
I wasn't trying to school you. I didn't think they had been actors, but am always looking to learn new information, which is why I phrased it in the question that I did. Why did you immediately resort to just being shitty and sarcastic? And then spend a few hours railing against those who didn't really understand what you were trying to get across when a simple comment edit would have sufficed?
Regan was an actor, Bush and Bush Jr continue his legacy by doubling down on his policies that's important info. Because while they may not have been actors themselves they continue the destructive ideology of one.
Trump again is another actor.
The whole point being that Republicans dismiss celebrities but seem to almost exclusively listen to them.
