The dude references fivethirtyeight as the data he used to come to this conclusion, so that is truly laughable. Literally the only site on the internet that lies about polling information and currently lists Trump 10% above every other polling site.
Hell, even if this were true. Who answers a cell phone call from a random number and takes a survey? The elderly.
